Bonnie J Ross, seated at home with a gentle smile.

Bonnie Jean Ross passed away comfortably at home, surrounded by the love of her daughter and best friend, Julie and her grandchildren AJ and Sydney.

Bonnie now joins in heaven her beloved husband, John Ross, her daughter, Susan Ross and her grandson, Trevor Hampton. Knowing they are together again brings comfort to those who loved and missed them.

Bonnie was the loving mother of John (Amy), Dan (Kara), David (Meg), and Julie. She was a deeply loved grandmother to Sydney (Mark), AJ (Amber), Amber, Hannah, Jordan (Kendall), Tanya (Brad) Galten, Karen, Emily Patton, Carter Patton, and Kevin Patton and great grandmother to Roman, Iris, Taylor (Thor), Reilly, Bo, Madelyn, and Baby Ross.

Bonnie and John shared [??] years together, including [??] years spent in Florida and traveling across the United States in their motor home. Their travels brought them many adventures, memories, and stories that Bonnie carried with her and retold throughout her life.

Family was Bonnie’s world. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She was the kind of person you could sit and talk with for hours, and she made friends wherever she went. Her warmth, humor, and genuine interest in the lives of others made people feel welcomed and loved. Bonnie was incredibly proud of her family and loved sharing stories about their lives and adventures. Whether she was retelling John and Dan’s gold-mining adventures, sharing updates on Mark’s latest home projects, or talking about Sydney becoming a loving aunt to Laykelyn. Bonnie spoke about her family with pride and joy.

Bonnie held an especially important place in the lives of Sydney and Trevor. After the loss of their mother, Susan, Bonnie helped raise Sydney and Trevor alongside Julie. She gave them the love, comfort, guidance, and stability only an extraordinary grandmother could provide. Her role in their lives went far beyond being a grandma, and the love and sacrifices she gave them will remain an immeasurable part of her legacy.

Bonnie was also the greatest dog caretaker. Her best buddy, Opie, held an especially dear place in her heart, along with Jack and Jill. Bonnie was a caretaker at heart and always willing to step in, lend a hand, and do whatever she could to help her family.

Above all else, Bonnie loved her family. She leaves behind a lifetime of stories, laughter, conversations, adventures, and memories that will continue to be told. She was deeply loved and a joy to be around.
